**The free registration for students applies only to undergraduate students. Postgraduate students fall under the registration category "Resident Doctors" 

The registration fees include:

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the BCNM 2025 Registration Secretariat at [email protected]
For cancellations received by March 10th, 2025 the registration fee will be refunded.
From March 10th, 2025 onwards 100% cancellation fees will apply.
An administrative fee of 50,00€ will be deducted from all refunds.
Payment of the registration can be realized via credit card /online secure system or via bank transfer.
