Antonia Dimitrakopoulou-Strauss is a professor of nuclear medicine at the University of Heidelberg, head of PET-CT and deputy head of the Clinical Cooperation Unit Nuclear Medicine at the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg. The research focus of her is the use of molecular imaging with positron emission tomography in oncological patients. Overall, she has co-authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications. She is member of several Editorial Boards, reviewer for several scientific journals, congresses and grant proposals and has contributed to the organization of international scientific meetings.
